NON-ProMotion BRAND REPAIRS
We do repairs on most wetsuit brands. ProMotion maintains a facility in Hood River, Oregon using the latest seam repair equipment and technology. We do not repair the "baggie style" drysuits or suits having latex seals. For all other repairs, please click "Repair Estimates" below.
ProMotion BRAND REPAIRS.
ProMotion Wetsuits carry a Lifetime Warrantee on seam constructions (Charger Series limited to 2 years). Nylon II materials are warranted for one year and nylon I (rubber on outside) material for six months from date of purchase. For Non-Warrantee repairs, please click "Repair Estimates" below.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
All wetsuits are repaired at ProMotion Wetsuits in Hood River, Oregon. Turnaround time is approximately 2-4 days excluding shipping, weekends, and holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our minimum charge for Non-Warrantee Repairs is $30.00 plus shipping. The minimum charge for ProMotion brand repairs is $20.00 plus shipping. Please click "Repair Estimates" above.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
After we receive your wetsuit, we will contact you by email with a final estimate and payment link. Non-Warrantee Repairs will not be started until we receive your online payment.
HOW WILL MY WETSUIT BE REPAIRED?
Having done thousands of repairs in our facility, our repair technicians have final say on how each repair is done. Whenever possible, we will try to match original colors, materials, and seam constructions.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGN WORK?
We do not offer custom design work. Our design work is limited to work on our own products for product development and prototyping.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT
1. Make sure your wetsuit is clean: free of dirt and sand, completely dry, and odor free. We will not repair suits that are stinky, sandy, dirty, or wet as they damage our machines. Dirty suits will be sent back un-repaired. We offer an enzyme and microbe based odor eliminator online - Mirazyme Odor Eliminator.
2. It’s best to ship your suit in a box large enough to prevent excessive creasing.
3. Place the ProMotion Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?
For Non-Warrantee Repairs you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. For ProMotion Brand Warrantee Repairs, we pay return shipping. All wetsuits will be shipped back to you from ProMotion, Hood River, Oregon. Normal return shipping is UPS Ground. Faster return shipping is available at an additional charge if needed. ProMotion is not responsible for inbound wetsuits lost in shipping. We recommend insuring your shipment.
