We started the evolution of our Windsurfing Wetsuits in "the gorge" over 25 years ago. The cut is full in the forearms to eliminate wetsuit squeeze, and we use an ample amount of our ADV Smooth-Skin on the exterior to decrease evaporative wind-chill. Protective jersey is used at the knees, and in the seat to slow harness straps from wearing through, and over the shoulders to limit the suns damaging rays.The result is a core windsurfing wetsuit.
Our Kite Wetsuits were based off features learned from our windsurf line. The forearms were given a closer fit, and the jersey was increased to protect from additional kite harness wear in front. Our ADV smooth-skin is used in the upper body to cut down on evaporative wind-chill and the graphics were given a bit more edge.
With the Charger Series, we return to our roots in surfing with a collection of styles that crossover having a blend of surf and windsport wetsuit features. The fit is closer through the chest and arms, the seams are "liquid tape welded", and the internal zip flap pulls completely over the head on fullsuits to minimize water flush.
