Sizing:
We have found height to be the most critical measurement when using our size charts. Next in importance is your chest/bust measurement. This measurement should be made with a cloth measuring tape, and measured around your chest/bust at the nipple level. While measuring you should relax your breath. Your arms should be down at your sides. It is best to have someone make this measurement for you.

Payment:
We accept VISA or MASTERCARD and usually ship within 24 hours (not including weekends). On-Line Orders are protected on our Secure Server. We also accept Money Orders for orders on-hold that have been phoned in (1-800-798-1628).
Return Policy:
We will refund product for up to thirty days IF UNUSED (tags un-removed). We will happily exchange product size for up to thirty days if dissatisfied with fit. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Wetsuits must be returned clean and in “like new” condition. Products returned damaged or dirty will be assessed for the reduced value of the product.

Orders received are normally shipped within 24 hours. UPS does not normally deliver on weekends (exception below), and weekends are not counted in shipping days required to receive your package.
Note: Saturday delivery is only available on "Next Day Air Service with Optional Saturday Delivery Service". An Additional charge of $15.00 will be added to the UPS Next Day Air rate and this option is only available by phone 1-800-798-1628.
